Return/Exchange Policy

For Non-Quality Problem
We provide "7 Days No Reason Return/Exchange" service.
If you simply do not like the item you received, you can return as you will within 7 days order signed. For buyers from United State, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia or Japan, item should be returned to our local warehouse. For other country buyer, item should be returned to China. In this situation, buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. And buyers are also responsible for the shipping cost if they want to exchange items.

For Quality Problem or Our Fault Caused Problem
We will resend or refund you once we get the following information:

1. Order number
2. The items SKU which need to return or exchange
3. Evidence photos to shown faulty
