Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Non-Quality Returns (Change of Mind) You may return your projector within 14 days of delivery for any reason unrelated to product quality, such as a change of mind or incompatibility with your setup. To be eligible:

  • The projector must be in its original condition with no signs of extended use. Brief power-on testing to verify functionality is acceptable and will not be classified as "used."
  • All accessories must be included: remote control, power adapter, HDMI cable, lens cap, user manual, and any other items that came in the box.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all foam inserts and protective materials intact. Projector optics are delicate — improper packaging may cause damage that voids your return.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Non-quality returns that show signs of extended use, are missing accessories or original packaging, or are returned after the 14-day window will be subject to a partial refund (restocking fee of up to 15–20%) or may be denied entirely.

2. Quality-Related Returns & Warranty If your projector arrives defective or develops a quality issue within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at our discretion. Quality issues include but are not limited to:

  • Display abnormalities (dead pixels, color distortion, focus failure)
  • Excessive fan noise or overheating beyond normal operation
  • Connectivity failures (HDMI/Wi-Fi not functioning as specified)
  • Hardware malfunctions (remote not working, auto-focus failure, keystone adjustment failure)

After the initial 30-day period, quality issues are covered under our 12-month manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims will be handled through repair or replacement, not refund.

Important: Do not send your product directly to the manufacturer. All returns and warranty claims must be processed through our customer service team first.

3. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email within 3 business days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and is beyond our control.
  • Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
    • Projector returned with visible signs of extended use
    • Missing accessories or original packaging
    • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery (non-quality returns only)

4. Exchanges We recommend requesting an exchange rather than a return when possible — it's faster and avoids the risk of a second shipment. If you received a defective unit or the wrong model, contact us and we will arrange a replacement shipment as soon as your return is confirmed.

5. Return Shipping

  • Quality-related returns: We will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
  • Non-quality returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • We have service centers in multiple countries. Always contact us before shipping — we will provide the nearest return address to minimize your shipping cost.

6. How to Initiate a Return Please always contact us first before sending anything back. In many cases, we can resolve your issue without a return — through troubleshooting, a replacement part, or an exchange.
