Returns & Refunds Policy

1. EU Right of Withdrawal (Non-Quality Returns / Change of Mind)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of the delivery of the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 30-day period expires. You can initiate a request through your customer account: https://shopify.com/54977888491/account

If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the return request link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

Once you have notified us, you must return the item within 30 days.

Eligibility conditions:

The projector must be in its original condition. Brief power-on testing is acceptable and will not be classified as "used."
All accessories must be included: remote control, power adapter, HDMI cable, lens cap, user manual, and any other items in the box.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all foam inserts intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If the product shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning, we may deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value. We will not apply a restocking fee solely on the basis of a change-of-mind return within the 14-day window.

Refund: We will refund all payments you made, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 30 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery.

2. Non-EU Change of Mind Returns

If you are outside the EU, you may return your projector within 30 days of delivery for any reason unrelated to product quality, under the same eligibility conditions above. Returns showing signs of extended use, missing accessories or packaging, or returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15–20% or denied entirely.

3. Quality-Related Returns & Warranty

If your projector arrives defective or develops a quality issue within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Quality issues include: display abnormalities, excessive fan noise or overheating, connectivity failures, and hardware malfunctions.

After 30 days, quality issues are covered under our 12-month manufacturer warranty (repair or replacement, not refund).

Important: Do not send your product directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through our customer service team first.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving your return to your original payment method.

Partial refunds may apply (outside EU withdrawal right) for: visible signs of extended use, missing accessories or packaging, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5. Exchanges

We recommend requesting an exchange rather than a return when possible. Contact us if you received a defective unit or the wrong model.

6. Return Shipping

Quality-related returns: We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
Non-quality / withdrawal returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping. Use a tracked, insured service.

We have service centers in multiple countries — always contact us before shipping for the nearest return address.
