Entrei em contato com o vendedor e solicitei a atualização da versão do android, em poucos dias veio a atualização online para Android 14. Só achei o o sistema Android TV/GooglePlay limitado, não tem acesso a muitos Apps de ferramentas como na Play Store no sistema Android normal.
