配送ポリシー
1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 2 business days and dispatched unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once shipped. Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in delivery failure, and we cannot guarantee recovery or resend at no cost.
3. Phone Number A valid phone number is required at checkout. Couriers may contact you for delivery scheduling or customs clearance. Failure to provide a reachable number may cause delays or returned shipments.
4. Tracking A tracking number is provided for every order. Once your package is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment status.
5. Shipping Origin
- US, UK, Australia, and Brazil: Items are shipped from our local warehouse in your region whenever stock is available. If a local item is out of stock, we will ship from our factory in China and notify you of the extended timeline.
- All other countries: Items are shipped directly from our factory in China.
6. PO Box & APO/FPO Addresses Packages weighing over 2 kg (most projector units) cannot be delivered to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses due to courier size and signature requirements. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout.
7. Shipping Timelines Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

8. Import Duties & Taxes Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product price or shipping cost.
- We declare the actual purchase value on all shipments, as required by international trade regulations.
- Duty rates vary by country and product category. We recommend contacting your local customs office or using an online duty calculator before placing your order to understand potential charges.
- For orders shipped from our local warehouses (US, UK, Australia, Brazil), domestic shipments generally do not incur import duties.
9. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately at sales@caiwei.net. We will investigate with the courier and work with you to resolve the situation — whether that means re-shipping, filing a claim, or offering a refund, depending on the circumstances.
